The Word on the Street is…

 I started with Angela because I needed a change to my workouts. It is personalized training with a group dynamic that is a really energizing. I keep coming back because Angela is super fun and inspiring, and every workout seems different. Angela’s continues to find a way to kick my ass every time I am in there! I am stronger and more fit, and even a little sore, after every class. And I see the results on the nordic track, ski hill and bike trails.
